Shipping Locations
We are based in New Mexico and ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification.
Shipping Options and Rates
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $4.98 or free for orders over $50.00.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rate calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rate calculated at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an emailed shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you experience a delay, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking your order.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please email us at support@esteamhealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product to expedite the resolution process.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier directly in these cases.
Product Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders (including books signed by the author) are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@esteamhealth.com to receive your return authorization.
- Ship the item to: ESTEAM Health, 145 Calle Presidente, #1451, Bernalillo, NM 87004.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
